Meet our Owner
Welcome to Legacy! I’m Abi O’Bannon, and it’s great to have you here. As a Bryan native, I find immense joy in giving back to the community that has supported me throughout my life. My greatest passion lies in teaching the youth of today, inspiring them to reach full potential and become the leaders of tomorrow.
With 26 years in the cheerleading and dance industry, I have a wealth of knowledge that I love getting to share with the children of our community. I’ve had the opportunity to cheer for two NCA College National Champion teams (Navarro College and Texas A&M). After college I went on to coach the Texas A&M Cheer Squad, a 3X Collegiate National Champion. My background in dance includes competitive experience in Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Tap, and Country Western Swing. My many years in these sports have equipped me to guide our athletes in their own athletic experiences. I aim to foster a safe and supportive environment that encourages skill growth and helps develop outstanding athletes both on and off the competition stage.

Ayla Justus
Dance Instructor
Hey There! My name is Ayla, and I've been dancing since I was two year old. I trained at a pre-professional ballet school where I had the opportunity to perform in classical ballets such as The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, and Swan Lake. In high school, I was on the drill team and served as Senior Lieutenant, which helped grow my leadership and teaching skills. I later came to Texas A&M University, where I danced on the Aggie Dance Team for two years and currently majoring in dance science. Through both my training and education, I place a strong emphasis on dancer safety, proper technique, and creating a positive learning experience.

I love teaching at Legacy Athletics because it feels like a family, where everyone supports one another. I enjoy getting to share my passion while helping dancers grow as artist and individuals.

Hi, I’m Emma! Cheerleading has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up as a competitive cheerleader at Woodlands Elite and cheered for A&M Consolidated High School, where I also competed at the UIL State Competition.
Throughout my competitive cheer career, I've been fortunate to win three NCA national titles and The Summit Competition!
I am currently a student at Texas A&M University studying nursing. I'm so grateful for the amazing coached I have has along the way who have guided and impacted me as much as they have. I'm passionate about giving back to the sport and love to encourage, motivate, and inspire the next generation of cheerleaders, just like my coaches did for me.

Hi, my name is Olivia! I am so excited to be apart of the Legacy Family. My dance career didn't start until later in my childhood but once in high school I was a member of my drill team and served as both a Junior Lieutenant and a Senior Lieutenant. Both of these positions progressed me forward as a dancer, leader, and teammate.

When I am not dancing, you can usually find me reading, laughing with my roommates, or finding new ways to stay inspired.
