Class Description
Gymnastics Classes: Athletes will work on the basics of gymnastics. This will include tumbling skills, balance beam, and bars.
Tumble Classes: Athletes will work on tumbling skills needed to advance in both cheerleading and gymnastics.
Cheer Classes: Athletes will work on skills needed to be successful in both competitive and school cheer programs. They will focus on tumbling, motions, jumps, and chants.
Ballet Classes: Dancers will work on the fundamentals of ballet technique. They will focus on bar exercises, across the floor, and exercises in center.
Leaps & Turns Classes: Dancers will work on the fundamental technique needed for successful leaps and turn combinations needed for both competitive and school teams.
Stretch Classes: Athletes will focus on the strength and flexibility needed for tumbling, dance, and cheerleading.
Acro Classes: Dancers will focus on the tumbling skills that have become prominent in the dance community.

Annual Registration: $30/Family

Mommy & Me (Walking-age 3): $30/Month
Preschool Classes (Ages 3-5): $45/Month
60 Minute Classes (Ages 5+): $60/month
